Luis Quinonez - Chief of Staff - email

Luis directs the daily operations of the district office and oversees all legislative and policy issues for the Supervisor. Luis is a former California Executive Fellow and served in the office of Governor Gray Davis. He also served as a Senior Congressional Aide to Congresswoman Barbara Lee. Luis holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science and a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco.

Lauren Brosnan— Deputy Chief of Staff - email

Lauren is the staff liaison for Pacheco and Pleasant Hill and is responsible for the Supervisor's communication with the media, Contra Costa Literacy Coalition, community outreach and advising the Supervisor on issues involving veterans, housing, public safety, emergency preparedness and the environment.

Lauren previously worked as a Congressional Aide for Congressman George Miller on media outreach and advised him on issues including education, immigration, military and veterans. Lauren graduated from the University of Arizona with an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Communication.

Laura Case — Director of Constituent Services - email

Laura provides staff support for the Contra Costa Centre Area Municipal Advisory Council, as well as overseeing constituent services for the office. Prior to joining Supervisor Bonilla’s staff, Laura worked for former County Supervisor Mark DeSaulnier. She worked in the accounting field for many years after earning a B.S. in Accounting from Cal State Hayward. Laura is a lifelong resident of Concord.

Suzette Adkins — Administrative Assistant - email

Suzette is responsible for the administrative functions of the office and provides information to constituents. She also is the primary staff liaison for the cities of Concord and Clyde in addition to Animal Services, the Mental Health Commission, and the cities of Clyde and Concord. Before accepting the position working for Supervisor Bonilla, Suzette worked four years in Special Education at Springhill Elementary School in Lafayette, CA.

Jill Ryan - Executive Assistant - email

Jill manages Supervisor Bonilla's schedule as well as advises the Supervisor on potential and existing public and private partnerships in the district. She is a highly successful entrepreneur with long-standing family, community, and business relationships in the Bay Area.
